Hourly Mediation Fee

The hourly fee for the mediation services is $320/hour and payment is required at the end of the mediation, by way of cash, check, credit/debit card, or Venmo. There is a 2-hour minimum fee. This fee will be shared equally between the parties. Each party will be responsible for one-half of the total fee unless the parties have otherwise agreed in writing prior to mediation. The hourly fee applies to all time spent by the mediator in activities related to the completion of mediation. Such activities include, but are not limited to, convening mediation to meet with the parties, reviewing documents, research, telephone calls, email correspondence, and document preparation.

Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy & Fees

Any cancelation or request to reschedule should be communicated at least 14 days prior to a scheduled mediation.

• A request to cancel or reschedule that is not communicated at least 14 days in advance of a scheduled mediation date shall be subject to a cancelation/rescheduling fee of $320.

• A request to cancel or rescheduled mediation that is communicated less than 24 hours in advance of scheduled mediation shall be subject to the full minimum mediation fee of $640, as it is impossible to refill the date on such short notice.

• Such fees shall be paid by the party communicating the request to cancel/reschedule, with further fee-sharing arrangements to be worked out directly between the parties.
